Testimonials

Bill,

I realized after our session yesterday how much we went over our time and the extra you spent with me in the pool over our hour. I wanted to thank you for this and let you know how much I appreciated this and also how much I appreciate you helping me. I feel like I am really making progress and I promise to keep giving you 110% and the heart needed to get better.

Bill Floyd's training methods are easy to use and lead to great results. He took me from struggling with injures to healthy training in a very short time. I also went from a struggling runner to a professional du-athlete in about 6 months. Thanks Bill."

Coach Floyd,

As 2010 draws to a close I wanted to thank you again for making my dream of finishing IM Louisville a reality. It was a huge accomplishment for me and was also very healing after dealing with the loss of my Dad last spring. You are a great coach and person. I look foward to using your services this year.

I starting to plan for next season and want do become much faster. I want to be able to finish an IM in around 13 hours.

Talk to you soon

Bill, I can't thank you enough for the benefits I received from your swim coaching. It was great to see substantial improvements in a short period of time. The week prior to attending your swim training I did the Clearwater One Mile Swim Race. A month later after attending your swim training onWednesday's,I did the samerace nearly five minutes faster. Not only are my swim times coming down, but with improved efficiency I am leaving the water with more energy reserves which will help improve my bike and run times as well.I look forward tocontinued training and additional improvements.

I have been doing triathlons for 2 years and was feeling like I was just going through the motions and getting them accomplished. I wanted to find someone who could help me find some direction for training. I found out about Bill's sessions in one of my packets from an event.

After taking Bill's classes, I feel that I am more knowledgeable about the sport and also, much stronger than before. Bill's classes are very informative and full of helpful ideas for improvement. He is very easy to be with and makes everyone in the class feel comfortable, especially regarding everyone's different levels of abilities. With every run and bike that I do, I always practice some of the helpful ideas and strategies that he suggested for us. I would recommend his classes to everyone who is already involved in the sport of triathlon, and to anyone who is considering becoming involved. It is a great sport and Bill's knowledge is quite exceptional in it. Any athlete will get great instruction and information from his sessions.

Being a beginner in triathlon training, I was quite nervous to start. Coach Bill and his approach to training made me feel comfortable. And he also made all instruction clear. Any question was answered completely. I'll be there for the next clinic.

As a complete beginner I had reservations about finding a coach and making a commitment to training. Bill has been amazing, he shared his knowledge and enthusiasm and made all of us wanting to come back for more. I can not wait for the next course and continued lessons. I feel as though I am improving day by day and starting to understand the sport I am coming to love Go, SWIM; BIKE; RUN.................Thanks Bill.

Bill, Thank you for the opportunity to work with you. Before I met you it was the blind leading the blind with no direction. In a short period of time I believe my run has already improved drastically. And my swimming, I actually have direction now. Thanks again!
-Bobby Kostopoulos, Skills & Drills Clinic

I've been reluctant to work with a coach due to the time constraints. However the four week clinic was perfect for me. I learned some valuable techniques on all disciplines including the transition) and have gained confidence by practicing the skills taught. I will go into my next race with some better skills, more confidence, and the right frame of mind.
-Terry Griffin, Skills & Drills Clinic

I wanted to do a triathlon this year, but had never swam anything more then recreational, and did not own a bike. I ran a little, but nothing much more then 2-3 miles around my neighborhood. I met Coach Bill and signed up for the skills and drills clinic. It was amazing all that I had learned in just three 2 hour sessions. He coached me on technique, which with just little changes, improved my times dramatically. Now I don't just go out and swim, bike or run, I have a plan with drills, and I focus on my form, which is everything. Thanks Coach Bill !!
